Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to SVS Management & Technical Institute. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and your relationship with SVS Management & Technical Institute ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

  • "Institute" refers to SVS Management & Technical Institute.

  • "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses our Services or Website.
  • "Student" refers to any individual enrolled in any program or course offered by the Institute.

3. Admission and Enrollment

3.1. Admission to any program or course offered by the Institute is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria specified for that program or course.

3.2. The Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application for admission without providing any reason.

3.3. All information provided during the admission process must be accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in the cancellation of admission or enrollment.

3.4. Enrollment is confirmed only after the payment of the required fees and submission of all necessary documents.

4. Fees and Payments

4.1. All fees must be paid as per the schedule specified by the Institute. Late payment may attract penalties as determined by the Institute.

4.2. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in specific circumstances as mentioned in the refund policy.

4.3. The Institute reserves the right to revise the fee structure from time to time. Any revision in fees will be communicated to the students in advance.

4.4. Students are responsible for all bank charges, transaction fees, or any other charges related to the payment of fees.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refund of fees is subject to the following conditions:

  • Withdrawal before the commencement of the program: 80% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal within 15 days of the commencement of the program: 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded.
  • Withdrawal after 15 days of the commencement of the program: No refund will be provided.

5.2. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Institute's administration office.

5.3. Processing of refund may take up to 30 working days from the date of receipt of the refund request.

6. Academic Policies

6.1. Students are expected to maintain regular attendance as per the Institute's attendance policy. Failure to meet the attendance requirements may result in disqualification from examinations or other academic activities.

6.2. Students must adhere to the examination rules and regulations of the Institute. Any form of malpractice during examinations will result in disciplinary action.

6.3. The Institute reserves the right to modify the curriculum, teaching methodology, or assessment methods as deemed necessary.

6.4. Students are responsible for completing all assignments, projects, and other academic requirements within the specified deadlines.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Students are expected to maintain a high standard of behavior and conduct themselves with dignity and respect towards faculty, staff, and fellow students.

7.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from the Institute.

7.3. Students must adhere to the dress code and other rules and regulations of the Institute.

7.4. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances within the Institute premises is strictly prohibited.

7.5. Students are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The Institute will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. All intellectual property rights in the materials provided by the Institute, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, and other resources, are owned by the Institute or its licensors.

8.2. Students may use these materials only for personal study purposes and may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of the Institute.

8.3. Any intellectual property created by students as part of their academic work will be governed by the Institute's intellectual property policy.

9. Website Usage

9.1. The content on our Website is provided for general information purposes only. While we strive to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Website.

9.2. Users are prohibited from:
